Every used PC and part we sell is tested and working at the time of sale — and backed by a free 30-day warranty. Want longer protection? Add an affordable 1- or 2-year warranty right when you add an item to your cart.
Applies to used store purchases only. Custom PC builds use brand-new parts that carry their own manufacturer warranties, so there's no shop warranty to choose — you're already covered by each part maker.

Included on every purchaseEvery used PC and part ships with 30 days of coverage at no extra cost. If a covered component fails through normal use, we repair or replace it — no charge, no hassle.
1-Year Extended Warranty
Optional at checkoutExtend your coverage to a full year for added peace of mind. Pricing is calculated dynamically from the item price (about 15%, with a small minimum), so you only pay a fair rate for what you're protecting.
2-Year Extended Warranty
Optional at checkout — best protectionOur longest coverage keeps your system protected for two full years. Priced dynamically from the item price (about 25%, with a small minimum) and selectable right when you add an item to your cart.
What's covered
Covered
- Hardware component failures under normal use
- Defects that appear after your purchase (not present at the time of sale)
- Repair or replacement of the failed part at our discretion
- Diagnostic labor for any covered issue
Not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, spills, or power surges
- Physical or cosmetic wear and user modifications
- Software issues, viruses, or lost data
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or opened components
How to make a claim
After a store purchase, you can submit a warranty claim ticket straight from your account page. Sign in, open the Orders or Warranty tab, and tap File warranty claim next to the item. Describe the issue and send it — you'll get an email confirming your ticket number, and we'll follow up within one business day.
