Strict "No-Peek" Policy
We only access the specific system directories required to diagnose and repair your operating system or hardware. Your personal documents, photos, browser histories, and private files are strictly off-limits.
Encrypted Temporary Backups
If your repair requires a data backup or an SSD speed tune-up, your files are transferred to a secure, local, hardware-encrypted storage drive. Your data never touches the cloud.
Permanent Data Purging
Any temporary backups we make are safely held for exactly 7 days after we return your PC—just to ensure everything is running perfectly for you. On the 8th day, your data is permanently and securely wiped from our shop tools.
Zero Shared Access
Only the lead technician assigned to your repair will ever interact with your machine. We never outsource labor, and your device never leaves our trusted local team's hands.
