Stephen Bedard is the owner and founder of Nebula PC Repair Plus Build, where he channels more than a decade of technical experience into fast, honest, and personal computer service. Born and raised in Oakland County, Stephen has spent his entire life in the community he now serves — and building a trustworthy local shop for his neighbors has been a long-held goal.
His passion for computers began with a screwdriver and a curiosity for how things work. Over the past 10 years, that curiosity grew into deep expertise in custom PC building, assembling everything from value-focused everyday desktops to high-end gaming and workstation machines. He obsesses over the details that separate a good build from a great one: component compatibility, cooling and thermals, clean cable management, and rock-solid stability testing before a machine ever leaves the bench.
Stephen's skills extend well beyond assembly. With a background in C++ programming, he understands how software and hardware interact at a low level, which makes him especially effective at diagnosing the kind of subtle performance and system issues that stump others. His experience with 3D modeling gives him first-hand insight into demanding creative and rendering workloads, so he can tailor a build to how it will actually be used.
